Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital with family at his side on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the age of 61. Loving partner of Doris Hillebrandt. Alan is survived by stepson Aaron Grant; grandchildren Austin, Bryce, Victoria, Scarlett, Audrey and Malcolm and by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by parents Doug and Sharon MacAinsh and brother Scott MacAinsh. Visitation will be held at the Thompson Mott Funeral Home, 62 Main Street N, Waterford, ON (519-443-5332) on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
