Passed away peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the age of 88.
Dolly was the wife of the late Robert Lumsden and companion of the late Lloyd Logan.
Loving mother of the late Beverly, Debbie (John), and Nancy. Predeceased by her siblings Milburn, Ralph, Jack, and Betty. Also predeceased by her grandson Steven McMullen.
Survived by her children Cynthia (Rob), and James (Shelley). Also survived by her sisters Amanda “Babe”, and Donna (Eric).
Cherished grandmother of Stephanie (Kevin), Chris (Leslie), Shawn (Ashley), Sarah (Chris), Brandee (Brian), and Bryttany (Brian). Loving great grandmother to 14, and great great grandmother of 4.
Dolly will be fondly remembered by her many cousins, nieces, and nephews. As well as, by her extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the Perth and Smiths Falls Hospital for their wonderful care. The family would also like to thank Babe Dizzell for her care in Dolly’s final days.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home on Saturday, October 04, 2025 from 10:00am till the time of the memorial service in the Chapel at 12:00pm. Interment will take place immediately following the service at St. Bede’s Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will take place immediately following the interment at St. Bede’s Church Hall. Donations in Dolly’s memory can be made to St. Bede’s Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home.
