Peacefully at Wentworth Lodge, on Friday, September 5 at age 78. Beloved wife of René for over 57 years. Dear mother to Connie (John) Bijl, Bill (Christine), Judy (Chris) Williams, René (Stephanie), Jennifer, Michelle (Pat), Dave (Aly), Krista (Rob) Vandekuyt, and Steph (Luke) Spiegelaar. Cherished Grandma of Nadine (Arthur), Spencer (Zach), Danielle (Ben), Alexa (Jake), Ezra (Noura), Sydney, Sarah (Wes), Aidan, Vanessa, Breanna, Jacob, Shane, Ethan, Cole, Anneliese, Carissa, late Zachery (2009), Keira, Eliya, Joey, Zoë, and Jenna. Loving great-grandmother to Wren, Russ, Paisley, Bea, Taytum, Charlotte, Cicily, and Rylen. Will be missed by her brothers and sisters, by her in-laws, by her nieces and nephews, her extended family in The Netherlands, and by her church community. Daughter of the late Cornelis Vander Kruk and late Pauline (nee Van Leeuwen). Visitation at CALVARY CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 265 Middletown Rd, WEST FLAMBOROUGH (905-628-2422) on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 2-4 PM. and 6-8 PM. Private Interment at Mount Zion Cemetery. A Funeral Service will be held at the church on Tuesday, September 9 at 11 AM with a time of fellowship to follow.
