It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Gloria Ochoa, born on February 12, 1946 in Ecuador, and sadly passed on August 25, 2025, at the age of 79.
Gloria is survived by her devoted husband, Manuel, with whom she shared a lifetime of partnership and love. She was a cherished mother to her children Marco, Patric (Shireen), and Vivian (Shawn).
She was a proud grandmother to Brielle, Eliana, Leaira, Brandon, and Justin, and a caring great-grandmother to Dominic.
Gloria was also a beloved sister to Tarjelia Pincay, Maria Lourdes Matos, and Luis Balladares. She is now reunited in peace with her late siblings, Dora Balladares and Wilfredo Balladares.
She will forever be remembered for her generous heart, passion, laughter, and the many ways she touched the lives of those who knew her.
Funeral visitation for Gloria will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at DeMarco Funeral Home – Keele Chapel (3725 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario, M3J 1N4)
