HENTHORN, Lindon Henthorn

Passed away peacefully at Chapman House on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Born in Blackpool, England on June 2, 1948, Lindon Vincent Henthorn of Niagara-on-the-Lake, was in his 78th year.

Beloved husband of Michele Collier of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Cherished brother of Stephen Henthorn (Lynda) of Tottenham. Dear uncle of Amanda, Brandon (Krista), and Stephanie (Ryan). Lindon will also be missed by his extended family in England and by many friends he has met throughout his life.

Predeceased by his parents Myra and Vincent Henthorn.

After moving from England, Lindon spent most of his adult life in Florida, where he proudly worked as a beach patroller and embraced life by the ocean. A lifelong lover of music and the arts, Lindon played many instruments and performed in several bands over the years. Lindon Henthorn lived life with the spirit of rock and roll, sharing many memorable stories of his adventures with family and friends.

Our family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Chapman House for the care provided during Lindon’s final days, to Ontario Health atHome for their continued support from afar, and to Erik Harris for his unwavering dedication to Lindon and Michele over the past two years.

In keeping with Lindon’s wishes, cremation is taking place. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492.
