Peacefully, with family by her side at Summit Place, Owen Sound on Saturday, May 9, 2026 in her 100th year. Dorotha Armstrong, loving wife of the late Daniel. Beloved Mom of Judy Dillabough, Susan Phillips (Tom), the late Donna Gauvin, and Sherry Smrczek (Richard). Proud Grandma of Ian, Cindy, Scott, Denise, Derek, Daniel, the late Jeremy, Dalton, Brock, Taylor, Hayden, Kayla, Belinda, and Michael. Great and Great Great Grandma to many. Dear sister of Wallace “Buster” Wellwood. Predeceased by her siblings Jim Wellwood, Isabel Demmons, Ida Lance, Margarite “Scottie” Greavette, Ruth Cull, Donald Wellwod, Brian Wellwood, and Bernice Wellwood.

Friends will be received on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 7pm – 9pm at the Brown Family Funeral Home, 1 – 900 10th Street West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11am at the Salvation Army Community Church, 365 14th Street West, Owen Sound, 519-376-5699.
