It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Cindy Jones, who left us on June 12, 2025, at the age of 60.
Born on April 12, 1965, in Toronto, Ontario, Cindy will be remembered as a kind-hearted, hard-working woman who was always ready to help others. She had a deep love for animals and a warm, generous spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her.
Cindy was a devoted mother to Geoffrey and Mercedes, and a proud and loving grandmother to Kaia, Kierra, Kalaya, and Kenzo. She is also survived by her siblings Christopher Tripp (Terrence Crick), Daniel, Steven, Chad, Johnny, and Kelly, as well as her mother, Eva Vahey and stepmother Sharon Tripp. Cindy was predeceased by her father, John Jones, and her dear sister, Kim. She leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be deeply missed. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honour Cindy’s memory. Donations to London Health Sciences Foundation or London Humane Society would be appreciated by her family.
