LEES, Thomas Daniel passed away June 4, 2025, in Port Perry, Ontario. Tom was a retired Oshawa General Motors Millwright tradesman whose main hobby was golfing –he was pretty good! A former boxer in his much younger years, Tom fought a short but valiant bout, taking the “Big C” down for the count. He is predeceased by his parents John (a.k.a. Jack) and Betty Lees as well as his sister Beth, brothers John and David, and most recently, his brother-in-law Glenn Andrews. Tom is survived by his son, Michael Jukes (Laura), his young grandsons, Jonathan and Doyle, as well as his siblings George, Jim (Linda), Rick (Sharon), Laura, and Susan Andrews. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Rayanne, John (Rachel), Chris Andrews (Jen), Grace Andrews, Meaghan, Mackenzie, Mikayla, and Jack. He was known as Great Uncle Tom (GUT) to Brooke, Owen, Griffin, Jakob, and Ian; they will miss his laughter the most. He will be greatly missed by his best friends, Tom O’Donnell and Jim Trimm, as well as many other friends from his hockey teams, baseball teams, the Dalewood Golf Club and Mario & The Myrtle Beach GGG.

The family are grateful for the compassionate and professional care given to Tom by all the doctors, nurses, and social workers at the Ottawa Civic Hospital and the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry.
