Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Bluewater Health, Alesandro “Alex” Manuele Gagliardi passed away at the age of 54.
Beloved husband of the late Elke Gagliardi (2014). Loving father of Patrick and Cassandra (Alex Moggy) Gagliardi.
Dear brother of the late Rosa (2022) (Wayne) O’Hara, Salvatore (Audrey) Gagliardi, Adriana (Aldo) Rocca, Eleonora Gagliardi, and brother-in-law of Gerhard (Carlyn) Klemm and Gord Klemm.
Cherished son-in-law of Erica Klemm. Predeceased by his parents Oreste and Triesta Gagliardi and by his father-in-law Alex Klemm (2021).
Alex will be remembered for his hardworking nature and extraordinary work ethic. He took over his father’s concrete business at just 15 years old, successfully running AG Concrete until his retirement 5 years ago.
He loved old school muscle cars, playing cards and pool, and spending time with friends. Proud of his Italian heritage, he was known for his generosity and deep love for his family.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside was held at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Canada, or Canadian Mental Health Association
