It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ronald Joseph Foley, beloved brother, uncle, and friend, after a lengthy illness. Joseph, his preferred name, was a resident of Toronto and enjoyed a career in adult education.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edythe and Bernard Foley. He will be deeply missed by his siblings: Elaine Ayotte (George, deceased), Kevin (Monique), Noreen Michels (Peter), Bernard (Elizabeth), Paul (Sue), and Marian James (Larry), as well as by many nieces and nephews.
Joseph will be remembered for his intelligence, generous and thoughtful nature, and fun-loving spirit. His warmth, laughter, and kindness left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
The family extends sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff at St-Anne’s Residence, whose care and compassion enriched Joseph’s final years.
A private service and inurnment will be held at a later date.
