Kellie Anne Nelson Obituary
Kellie Anne Nelson passed away on August 28, 2026, at the age of 53.
Born in Kamloops, British Columbia, on November 28, 1972, Kellie was raised in Revelstoke. From childhood, she was adventurous, determined, and independent. She was a talented young gymnast and enjoyed drawing.
Kellie had a generous heart, a ready smile, and a strong desire to help others. Music was an important part of her life. Although she grew up with country music, she became an enthusiastic rock fan who especially enjoyed Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd. She also loved motorcycles, particularly Harley-Davidsons, as well as fashion, changing hairstyles, and shopping.
She is survived by her mother, Betti; her brother, William; her sister, Diana (Dustin); her niece, Jacelynn; her beloved cat, Little Man; and many extended family members and friends.
Kellie was predeceased by her father, Ernest; her stepfathers, Lorne and Bill; her partner, Darren; and numerous aunts and uncles.
No formal service will be held. Family and friends will honour Kellie in their own ways.
