Passed away with her family at her side at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in her 69th year.
Beloved wife of Bob. Loving mother of Marie Daughtry (Alan Hemingway) of Cargill, Florence “Flo” Daughtry of Grand Prairie, Alberta, and Francis (Jason) Eckenswiller of Cargill. Cherished grandmother of Jordan, Summer, Maddy, Brenden (Paige), Chandler, Kaden, Austin (Molly), and great-grandmother of Jackson and Henry “Hank”. Diane Daughtry will be fondly remembered by her siblings, Beverly Mole, Albert Mole, David Mole, all of Tara, Georgina (Paul) Nicholls of Owen Sound, and her sister-in-law Janet Mole. She will also be dearly missed by Bob’s siblings, Sandra (Wesley) Daughtry-Newton and Michael (Dina) Daughtry, as well as the entire Daughtry family in Florida. Diane was predeceased by her brothers Ken, Clarence, Henry, sister Marie Mole, and her parents Bert and Doris (Clark) Mole.
A casual, come-and-go celebration of Diane’s life will be held at the Tara Legion on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 1 – 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
