She will always and forever be loved by her son, Joseph (Marilyn), her granddaughters Vanessa and Laura (Ray Klingler), and her great granddaughters Presley and Scarlett Klingler. Alice was preceded in death by her dear husband Stefan Hozjan in 2001 and their infant son, Stefan, in 1957.
Alice Hozjan was born in Velika Polana, Slovenia, ninety-three years ago. She died peacefully, in the presence of her family on September 6, 2026.
Alice’s values were reflected in the importance she placed on family and faith. Love for her family was demonstrated in practical care. From the bounty of her garden to the exquisite food on her table, she was talented, generous and modest.
Until her last day, Alice’s Catholic faith brought her comfort and gave her strength.
The countless memories she gave will always be remembered.
