Holly Ann Walsh died suddenly at her family home in Castleton, Ontario, on September 3, 2026. She was 42.
Holly was the beloved mother of Kayleigh Walsh (Shawn Samis) and cherished grandmother of Owen and Audrey Samis. She is remembered by her sister Tonia Walsh (Michael O’Hara); nephews Sean and Ariyah O’Hara; her mother, Barbara Walsh (Willie Richard); and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Leslie Walsh.
Her family remembers a warm and spirited person whose smile and laughter brightened a room. Holly cared deeply for family and friends, and her daughter Kayleigh held a central place in her life.
A celebration of life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street East, Cobourg, on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
