It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Joanne at the age of 57 years. Loving partner of William “Bill” Harshaw. Predeceased by her loving son Ethan Carter Shepherd (2018). Loving daughter to Su Tan and Hiep Nguyen. Loving sister of Trina (Tom) Nguyen, Kimberly (Daniel) Nguyen, Le-Thanh (Kris) Nguyen-Petrov, Danny (Mong) Nguyen. Joanne Nguyen will be sadly missed by all of her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers. Cremation has taken place.
