It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Betty Anne Hill, surrounded by her family, at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on Sunday, February 9, 2025, in her 94th year.
Beloved wife of the late Sonny.
Loving mother of Wendy and Bob (Carol).
Cherished grandmother of Evan (Lisa), Jason (Nicki), Robert (Mandy), and Bryan (Val).
Proud great-grandmother of Dylan, Maddie, and Toni, and great-great-grandmother of Rosalie.
Betty will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., followed by interment at Thornton Cemetery, 1200 Thornton Road North, at 11:30 a.m.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated.
