It is with profound sadness we inform you of the passing of Stacey Dorothy Campsall, 52, of Port Perry, Ontario. She had fought an incredibly courageous battle with cancer over the last 18 months.
Born on July 10, 1974 to Dorothy and Robert Campsall, she brought warmth and creativity into the world from the very beginning.
Stacey was a woman of immense strength and determination, she was an entrepreneur with a successful business for over 25 years. As a single mother she provided a beautiful life for her family through resilience, strong family values and work ethic.
Stacey had a unique gift for turning houses into homes, finding deep joy in decorating and creating spaces filled with beauty and comfort. She lived her life in harmony with the world around her, deeply connected to the earth and the natural rhythms of the sun and moon. She possessed a beautiful sensitivity to the energies around her. Stacey enjoyed the company of her three cats and watching wildlife on her property.
Above all else, Stacey’s greatest devotion was to her family. Her three sons were her absolute pride and joy, and she poured her whole heart into raising them and watching them grow. That profound love only multiplied when she became a grandmother; her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment, laugh, and milestone spent by their side.
Her light and legacy live on through her surviving family, including her sons Matthew (Felisity), Devin, and Carter; grandchildren Aspen, Hank, and Kaydence. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by brother Jason, her sister Corrie (Shawn), niece Caylie and nephew Tyler (Katelyn).
Stacey was welcomed into peace by her grandparents, Eileen and Levi Ellins & Gladys and Jim Campsall.
The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the nurses, and care team at Oak Ridges Hospice for their compassionate care and support during her final days.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm at Canterbury Commons Clubhouse, 127 Waterbury Crescent, Port Perry. In memory of Stacey, donations can be made to Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry.
