Helmut Selent passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital on October 6, 2026, at the age of 91. He is remembered by his sister Frieda Jauch, nieces and nephews, great-niece and great-nephew, and close friends.
After immigrating to Canada from Germany following the Second World War, Helmut found fulfillment in farming. A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery in Oshawa on October 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
