In Loving Memory
Hans Gordon Buch, aged 98 passed away, leaving a legacy of service, dedication and love. He was also the beloved husband of the late Verna (nee Kaldeen) and a devoted father to Gordon and Lynda.
A proud Royal Canadian Navy veteran, Gordon also dedicated 10 years to the naval reserves. He spent most of his working life in Oakville, ON, completing a successful 40 year working career in the oil business, mostly for Texaco Canada.
Gordon spent his last 40 years enjoying retirement in Nanaimo.
He spent many years volunteering for the Vancouver Island Military Museum and he was an exceptionally skilled bridge player, a passion he happily shared with his wife.
He will be deeply missed by his children and grandchildren.
