Peacefully at Caressant Care Retirement Residence with his family by his side on Tuesday October 6, 2026 at the age of 84 years. Larry Giroux of Pembroke, beloved husband of Evelyn Giroux (nee St. Michael). Loved father of Chantal Smith (Stephen), Jeff Eggert (Amanda), Chris Eggert (Katie) and Corey Eggert (Tamara). Loving grandfather to Laura, Meghan, Alex, Jessica, Zoey, Brock and Maddie and great grandchildren Sydney and Arland. Predeceased by his granddaughter Emma.
Dear brother of Frank Giroux (Sandra), Maurice Giroux (Heather), William Witt and the late Tommy and Alexander Giroux.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday October 19th at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, 284 Trafalgar Road, Pembroke. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery. In memory of Larry donations to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would be appreciated.
