Born on April 5th, 1948, in Sault Ste. Marie, Bev was a true saultite and lived in Sault Ste. Marie her entire life. She loved spending time with her family and friends hosting many dinners and never missed an opportunity to snap a commemorative selfie at any event she hosted or attended. Bev devoted over 25 years to her career as a school bus driver, making sure that kids got to and from school safe and sound. Some of her favourite hobbies include knitting, tole painting and crafting, dancing, shopping and camping in her RV. Bev and her RV travelled to many places, such as Texas during the winter months, bringing her friends to Shipshewana, IN and to many different places across Canada. Her love for travelling also allowed her to visit her beloved cousin, Brenda Kilic, in the United Kingdom several times.

Special thank you to the ARCH Care Staff, Sault Area Hospital nurses and doctors, Dr. Febbraro and all Bev’s family and friends who have reached out and supported the family during this difficult time.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bev’s life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 – Merrifield Room (96 Great Northern Rd) on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
