We announce the death of Barbara Healy (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on November 1, 2026, at the age of 88. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Barbara will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Barbara will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Barbara’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her brother Bill Shorey. She is survived by: her husband Harold Healy; her children, Brian Healy (Michele), Heather Hall (Robert) and Holly Picard (Gary Halloran); and her brother John Shorey. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
