We announce the death of Carol Ann Scanlan of St. Catharines, Ontario, who passed away on October 29, 2026. Carol Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leyland Josey and Muriel Josey; and her siblings, Linda McAllister (Josey) and Grant Josey. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Scanlan; her children, Jennifer Scanlan (Rick), Sara Giordano (Vincent) and Andrew Scanlan (Eva); her grandchildren, Hannah Giordano (Joel), Abigail Giordano (Michael), Luke Giordano, Kai Scanlan, Mei Scanlan and Joseph Clayton; her sisters, Joan Josey, Dorene Josey and Murna Nelson (Murray); and her pets, Millie, Ghost and Niblet.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bethany Community Church (1388 Third Street Louth, St. Catharines, ON L2R6P9).
