EDWARDS, Dr. Alexander Charles - Passed peacefully on Friday, May 4th, 2018 in the presence of his family.
Alexander was born in Indian Head, Saskatchewan on September 14th, 1923, the only child of Hilda and Charles Edwards.
Alex began his post-secondary education attending Balfour Technical School in Regina before joining the Royal Canadian Navy in 1943. He served as an Ordinance Officer until the end of WWII.
Following his service in the Navy, he attended the University of Saskatchewan and was soon accepted into the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 1952.
