CHAMP, Louise - (August 3, 1923 - April 16, 2020)
Passed away at Orchard Villa LTC in Pickering at the age of 96.
Louise (nee Billinger), beloved wife of the late Lewis Champ (2012). They met working together at Fuller Brush. Happily married for 65 years and raised their family in Toronto, residing in the same house for 60 years.
Loving mother of Gale (Bob), Carol (Jim) and Lewis (Mary). Loving Grandmother to Lorranie, Leonard, Paul, Michelle, Amy, Diane, Tania, Kelly and Maria and Great Grandmother of 14.
Her hobbies included painting, woodworking and all kinds of crafts – making handmade gifts for the family and she always looked forward to the holiday bazaars to show off her items.
She enjoyed camping with her family. Her favourite place to camp was Sibbalds Point on Lake Simcoe. She also enjoyed annual trips to Florida.
Her legacy will live on for eternity and she will always be in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
Cremation to take place. A family service will take place at a later date to celebrate Louise's wonderful life.
