PEREIRA, Robert (Rob)   - With great sorrow the family of Robert (Rob) Pereira, 46, announce his passing on May 28th, 2021 from a short battle against an aggressive brain tumour.

Even though his last few days were a series of hospital visits, scans and tests, Rob never failed to make light of everything and continued to joke as he always does, comforting those who loved him with laughter.

He was a proud father to Preston and Madeleine.

Cherished son to Manuel and Alice, Little Brother to Victor, Big brother to Sandy and Brother in Law to Phyllis and Mark.

He was loved by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and always brought laughter and wit to every family gathering.  Rob was a hard worker and a committed father.

He was a devoted Leafs fan and proudly wore his Portugal Jersey during every World Cup.

Rob loved nothing more than a home cooked meal and would never turn down a second helping, always impressing his friends and family with his healthy appetite.

Throughout his life Rob excelled at many things from Skateboarding to Drums to Tennis and Snowboarding.

He loved to play Chess with his grandfather and proudly passed on the tradition by teaching his children the art of the game.

Rob will be forever missed by his family and friends.
