BLACKBURN, Leila (Lee) (nee Robinson) Blackburn - January 12, 1925 - December 30, 2021
The world lost a beautiful soul with the passing of Lee Blackburn on Dec 30, 2021 at the age of 96.
Loving mother to Sandie Nicholson and loving mother-in-law to Stephen Nicholson.
Adoring Nana to Corrine Bingley (and spouse Blake Bingley), Rebecca Nicholson, Brittany Nicholson and Erin Nicholson.
Proud great grandma or G.G. as she was affectionately known as to Mackenzie Nicholson and Peyton Bingley.
Lee will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her family for her kind, giving spirit, her love, laughter and witty sence of humour.
Visitation will be held at Mount Lawn Funeral Home on Friday January 7, 2022 from 11-11:45am and 12-12:45pm. The Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1pm. Due to Covid-19, space is limited, please contact the funeral home to reserve a spot for the visitation and also the funeral service if you wish attend both. Proof of vaccination is not required, wearing masks and hand sanitizing is mandatory.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
