SOMERVILLE, William (Bill) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Somerville, on April 9, 2022, 98, at Hillsdale Estates.
Bill passed away peacefully with his family by his side, he was predeceased by his loving wife Anna and daughter Linda Morrison.
Bill will be missed by his two children, Christine Cameron and Bill Somerville and their spouses Romeyn and Maggie.
Grandchildren: Suzanne, David and Fiona Cmaeron, Vikki and Grant Morrison, Kevin and Liam Somerville.
Great-grandchildren: Olivia and Ewan, Dylan and Emma, Ashleigh and Danielle, Caelin and lastly Anna.
Bill was an explosive expert in the mining industry and was part of the search and rescue team for Lanarkshire, a club Steward at Milngavie, Cathkin Braes and Glasgow Golf Clubs.
Bill also owned businesses and a hotel in Scotland.
