September 28, 1945 - January 5, 2024

 

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Ajax, surrounded by his family.

 

Pat in his 79th year leaves behind his loving wife Kathy.

 

Cherished father of Robert, Debbie (Dan), Francine (Eric), Michelle (Chris) and stepson Jimmy (Chrisie).

 

Adored grandfather of Mathew, Mary, Meaghan, Melissa, Ryan, Heidi, Leah, Christopher, Alex & Stephen.

 

Brother of Daniel (Kay), Germaine, Milton (Nancy), Gelas (Gilberte), Jeanne (Raymond), Lucienne, Armand (Danielle) and the late Donalda.

 

Pat will be lovingly remembered by his many family and friends.

 

Pat embodied kindness to all, people, animals and anyone he met. He is remembered most for his wonderful smile.

 

He adored his family and spending time with them.

 

He was an incredible artist but kept his talents hidden, he could play any instrument he picked up, and enjoyed sketching and drawing. Pat was always enjoying the outdoors, working & gardening.

 

Proud retiree of Enbridge Gas as a Heavy Machinery Operator. A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, address, date & time.

 

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 796 Eyer Drive, Pickering, on Wednesday January 24th at 11am.

 

Please join with the family to share stories at a memorial visitation at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, on Tuesday January 23rd from 6pm -8pm. Interment of Pat’s ashes will take place in Cheticamp, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia later this year.
