CLEMENT, Elinor - Passed away peacefully on Sunday January 7th, 2024 at Glen Hill Strathaven LTC in Bowmanville.
Loving mother of Len Jr. (Marie), Darrell and Gord.
Loved grandmother of Brendan, Stephanie, Alyssa, Jordan & Jacob.
Elinor was predeceased by her siblings Bill, Buck, Norm, Donna, Sandra & Gord.
Elinor was very creative and loved baking, cake decorating, making candy, candles and even taught her sons to decorate cakes.
She was known as “Miss Ellie” or “The Candy Lady”.
She worked at Woolworths in the Bakery, Dairy Queen making rosettes for cakes and was a proud franchise owner of Baskin Robbins in the east mall in Oshawa for many years. She loved spending time with her family.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
Memorial donations to Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
