HOLLEY, Joseph Holley   -

February 26, 1945 - April 8, 2024

Joseph Benjamin Holley was born on February 26, 1945 to Benjamin and Eula Mae Holley in Houston, Texas.

He was the youngest of four children.

Joe's mother, father, brother and sister preceded him in death. Joe spent four years in the United States Air Force after graduating high school.

After the military, he attended Texas A&M University where he studied architecture. After graduating in 1974, Joe moved to Toronto, Canada where he met and married Victoria Butler.

They had three children; Annette, Scott and Krystle. Joe lived in Pickering for 46 years and was proud to call Canada his home.

No one who met Joe could forget his infectious laugh. He saw the humour in everyday situations and wanted to share that humour with everyone he encountered.

Whether he knew you for 5 minutes or 50 years, he always left a lasting impression.

He leaves to mourn one sister, Florence McChristian, of Houston, Texas; three children, Annette Holley Pyne, Scott Holley and Krystle Holley Tahria; nine grandchildren: Michael, David, Malik, Zak, Yasin, Sebastian, Julius, Kenza and Jazmi.

Arrangements with McEachnie Funeral Home.
