COGDALE, Helen Jean (nee Stemp)  - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Gramma and Great-Gramma on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the age of 96 at Butternut Manor.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jim. Cherished mother of Betty (the late John), Bonnie (the late John) and Doug (Wendy). Gramma of Cindy (Chris), Michael (Lis), Carrie, Kim (Chris), Katie (Dale) and Michelle.

Great-Gramma of Noah, Jilliam, Dionna, Mikayla, Bianca, Sean, Caelynn and Grayson.

Loved and remembered by her siblings, Jean (the late Bill), Harry, and Barry (Shirley) as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by Lloyd and Barb. The family would like to thank Butternut Manor and Dr. Bryon for all the support and care given to Helen and a special thanks to Teresa Black and Simon for their visits.

At Helen’s request, no funeral will be held.

However, the family would like to extend an invitation to drop in to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 170, 109 Franklin St., Uxbridge on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. and share your memories of Helen.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a CHARITY of your choice would be appreciated.
