The family wishes to express their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Four Counties Health Services and Strathroy Middle General Hospital. A special thank you goes to the compassionate medical staff and caregivers at Country Terrace for their exceptional care of Cor during his battle with dementia over the past several years.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Cor’s family and friends during this time of loss. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew him.
