Funeral Home: PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME

Smiling man in casual wearJustin Emmett Joseph Grandmaison
1986 - 2024

With heavy and broken hearts, the family announces that Justin Emmett Joseph Grandmaison, owner and operator of Pool Builders Ltd., passed away at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, October 11, 2024, at the age of 37. Treasured husband of Jessica (nee Demers), and adored Dad of Brynnlee and her soon-to-arrive baby brother.

Justin was the cherished son of Bob Grandmaison (Carol) and Sylvia Voz, and dearly loved brother of Shanelle Lee (Dave), Josée Levesque (Corey), Fr. Joshua Grandmaison CC, Charles (Minhanh), Dominic, Benjamin (Laura), Renée Grandmaison, and Olivier. He was a proud uncle to Hudson, Elliott, Elizabeth, Rosalie, Samuel, Thi Anh, Adaline, Eleanor, Austin, and Jade.

A natural leader and protector, Justin had a big heart and spread warmth and smiles to everyone around him. He was hardworking and always made time for his family, creating precious memories with them, especially his daughter Brynnlee. He is gone too soon but leaves behind a lifetime of love.

Visitation will be held at Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday, October 20th, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter Celestine Catholic Church in Pakenham on Monday, October 21st, at 11 a.m., with a live webcast for those unable to attend. Interment will follow at St. Peter Celestine Parish Cemetery, with a reception afterward.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a Trust Fund for Brynnlee and Baby Boy Grandmaison (expected in February 2025) may be forwarded to the Pilon Family Funeral Home.
