ALLISON, Doug Allison

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doug Allison, who left us peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, March 5, 2026 in his 68th year.  A beloved husband, dad, brother, uncle, Papa and friend, whose kindness and laughter left a mark on all who knew him.

He leaves behind his spouse Sharon (LeBlanc), his two children James (Kat) and Jossolyn (Kevin) and his grandchildren Deakin and Addy.  He was a big brother to Dan (Debbie) of Minden, Darlene (David Gervais) of Woodville, and Dale (Eldon Bull) of Minden. Predeceased by his loving parents, Jim and Barb Allison, his oldest brother Dave and his youngest brother Derek. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

Doug found joy in spending time with his family, watching his grandson play hockey and lacrosse. Doug had a passion for sports as he was a die hard Maple Leaf and Blue Jays fan. His presence brought warmth and laughter to those around him.  He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Private Funeral Arrangements

As per Doug’s wishes, the family will honour his life in a private celebration. As an expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
