VAN ARKEL, Charlotte Joyce Ellen passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, in her 78th year.
Beloved wife of Herb Van Arkel and cherished mother of Sara (Magnus Withey). Sister to Jean Wilkinson, Jim Wilkinson (Karen), and Margaret Wilkinson (Eric Jones). Predeceased by her parents Stephen and Patricia Wilkinson.
Joyce will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. She was a dedicated teacher for the Kitchener-Waterloo School Board and taught at Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute.
In keeping with her wishes, a private cremation has taken place and a small family gathering will be held later for her interment.
Donations to Caledon Community Services, Boston Mills Cemetery, or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
