Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the age of 76.

Dearly beloved wife of Jim of 52 years married. Loving mother of Jamie (Charlene), Derek (Keisha), and Jeff. Cherished grandmother of Liam and Tiyenne. Dear sister of Emilie (Twin) (Bob), Martha (late David) and Allan. Irene Blanche Armes will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King Street West on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 11:30 am until time of service in the chapel at 1:30 pm. Interment to follow at Groveside Cemetery, Whitby. Followed by a reception at the Oshawa Funeral Home.
