Mary passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the age of 88. She was the beloved mother of Kari Wadge and predeceased by her beloved husband, Warren, and her dear daughter, Lisa. Mary was also preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings: George, Tony, Joe, John, Steve, Susan, and Anne.
Mary was a talented painter and gardener, known for her devotion to her family. Despite the challenges of dementia, her spirit and love for her family will be forever cherished. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, and all who knew her.
The family will receive visitors at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m., with a Funeral Service held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society are sincerely appreciated by the family.
