Barbara Joyce McGinn passed away peacefully at home on September 29, 2026, at the age of 94. Born in Niagara-on-the-Lake on March 17, 1932, she was a longtime member of Black Creek Community Church and supported Christian Women’s Club and Youth For Christ.
Barbara is survived by her daughters Susan and Debbie, six grandsons, and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Lorne, and her son, Douglas.
A Celebration of Life will be held October 17 at Black Creek Community Church. Memorial donations may be made to Youth For Christ Comox Valley.
