BEAMS, Ruth Frances Beams

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Frances Beams (Waterloo, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hils and Esme Hils. She is survived by: her husband George Beams; her sons, Kevin (Ann) and Larry (Allison); her grandsons, Phillip (Robyn), Gregory (Sarah), Michael (Jung Rye) and Daniel As (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Sarah and Adrian.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
