BELL, Janice Donna Lee Bell

It is with profound sadness that the family of Janice Bell announces her sudden passing on May 19th, 2026 at the age of 69.

Dearly beloved wife and soulmate of Bob and loving mother to Shannon and her wife Danielle and Robert and his partner Jenna. Cherished Nanny to Harper, Cloe and Colton.

Janice was born in Oshawa Ontario and is predeceased by her parents, Frank Lee and Jean O’Keefe. She will be greatly missed by her siblings Carolyn Honeyman and the late Morris Honeyman, Tom Lee and his wife Karen Lee and Nancy Novinka and her husband Bob Novinka. She will also be greatly missed by her Sister in Law, Alison Campbell and her husband Jon Campbell. She will also be greatly missed by all her nieces and nephew. Janice was also a loving Daughter in Law to the late Joshua and Jeanie Bell of Oshawa.

Janice was such a positive, loving and generous soul who had a laugh that was many would agree, was unforgettable. She made many meaningful connections and friendships throughout her life and while working as a Medical Secretary at Hillsdale Manor in Oshawa. Her profound loss will be felt by her family and friends for many years to come.

A Cremation service for her immediate family will be held on June 6th, 2026 at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home in Bowmanville at 3pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Janice’s honour on July 26th, 2026 at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home from 1-4pm.
