BERNARD, Marilyn Bernard

Passed away peacefully at Northland Pointe on Saturday July 11, 2026, at the age of 92. Loving mother of Cathy Bernard (Dale), and Shari Bush (Tim). Dear Grandma of Carissa Robinson (Sean), and Ryan Bush. Marilyn Bernard was predeceased by her parents Luigi and Ersilia Cecilli, her brother Oswald Cecilli (Jane), and her sisters Sally Spitali (Jim), Angelina Chorozy (Eugene), and Mary Labatte (Ron). She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Marilyn worked for a number of years at the Port Colborne Country Club and after retiring she enjoyed watching all sports on TV and was always up for a good game of dominos. The Bernard family wish to express deep gratitude to the staff at Northland Pointe for the compassion, care and respect shared with their mother. Cremation has taken place. The Bernard family will receive visitors at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 123 King Street, Port Colborne on Friday July 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Wieslaw Woloszyn as celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
