AUBIE, (Walter) Blair Aubie

In Loving Memory Of It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Blair Aubie on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, at the age of 55, after a valiant five-year battle with prostate cancer.

Born on March 2, 1968, in Toronto, Ontario, Blair grew up in Richmond Hill, where he attended high school and fostered his passion for hockey.

A dedicated professional, he was a licensed HVAC Technician and contributed to the family business for many years. Known for his outgoing nature and ability to connect with anyone, Blair enjoyed creating delicious meals and cherished relaxing at the cottage with his Jack Russell Terriers: Buddy, Jebidiah and Barkleigh.

He held a special place in his heart for his loving wife, Tammy. Blair is survived by his wife, Tammy; his parents, Sandra and Walter; his sister, Deann (Matt); his brother, Duane (Carol); and his nieces and nephew, Tasia (Jon), Hayley, and Mathew.

He will also be held dear in the hearts of his extended family and many friends.

Respecting Blair’s wishes, he has been cremated, and his ashes will be scattered at Chandos Lake, his cherished haven.
