donald gerald boulton

He entered into rest peacefully in Brockville on April 25, 2026 at Brockville General Hospital. He was born February 11, 1927, to parents Abraham and Jennie(deceased) and spent his childhood years helping to run the family farm on Halleck’s Rd. After completing school, he began his career at Philips Cables and transferred to Automatic Electric where he supervised several departments, overseeing the first of its kind automated inventory parts delivery system in the factory. In his off time, he built the family home on the river west of Brockville and spent many happy years raising his children with his wife Irene. He also enjoyed the occasional round of golf, boating, fishing and in his retired years travelling with Irene. He demonstrated his talent for woodworking, the results which graced both his home and childrens’. Spent time with some of the brother-in-law’s enjoying their “coffee club” get-togethers. He had a great fascination researching family genealogy, organizing and typing out Irene’s recipes.

Donald Gerald Boulton married Irene (nee Haley) in September 1949 and together raised two boys, Paul (Valerie) of Ingleside, Nicholas (Susan) of Hamilton who dearly miss the interest, experience, and devotion he provided to their lives.
