It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a loving and warm hearted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and kindness to all who knew her.

Angenieta Brak passed away peacefully on the 12th of May 2026 at the age of 92.

She was the very essence of a devoted wife and mother; she created a home filled with love and warmth that extended to all who entered. Deeply cherished by her family, adored by friends and making everybody feel welcome is the legacy Ann leaves in many hearts. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. We take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with him, together once again.

A true wiz in the kitchen, she expressed her love through her cooking, preparing meals that brought generations together around the table and filling the home with the comforting aroma of something delicious. The familiar sound of whistling would also often fill the family home. Ann was usually heard before she was seen, whistling tunes, whether perfectly in rhythm or not, but it always brought peace to know she was near.
She will be greatly missed and cherished forever.

Family and friends will be received at Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford, on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 2pm-4pm.
