BROOKS, Randy Steven Brooks

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randy Brooks on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Randy Steven Brooks is survived by his devoted wife Debbie, who he loved and was loved by without reserve from their teenage years, and throughout their 47 years of marriage. He is also survived by his daughter and best buddy Jennie, his son David (Cassie) and 2 grandsons Noah and Harrison of Alberta, as well as his sister Patricia Condon. Randy also will be missed greatly by his “Second Daughter” Kelly Kuzyk (Larry) and family. Randy is predeceased by his parents Alfred and Marguerite and his brothers Howard and David.

Randy and Debbie grew up in Millbrook and then moved out west to start their family in 1979. In September 2013 they moved back to Millbrook to retire. Despite a long, complicated health battle that began November 2012, he maintained an active role volunteering in the community, notably as a member of the Millbrook Legion Branch 402. He especially enjoyed being at the luncheons as the greeter/money taker. Randy also loved to be in his shop, whether it was to just sit and have a coffee or to work on a wood turning project. He had a great sense of humour and was always trying to brighten someone’s day. His smile and laugh will be missed by everyone who knew him. The family would like to thank Dr. Van Loon for all his excellent care. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice or The Millbrook Legion Branch 402.

A private family interment will be held at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.

A Celebration of Life will take place at The Millbrook Legion Branch 402 on Monday, June 8th from 1 – 4 PM.
