BROWN, Christopher Brown

Unexpectedly passed away on November 19, 2025 at his home, at the age of 52.

Cherished husband of Sandi Smith. Loving father of Turner Brown, Alyssa Smith (Sean), and Christopher Colbourne (Amanda). Beloved grandfather of Jason and Hayden. Survived by his parents Mariann (Jim Dewitt) and Donald Brown (the late Barbara) and by his siblings Tara (Keith), Brandon, Ryan (Jackie), and the late Corrie.

He will be sadly missed by his family and friends, but especially by his beloved and extremely pampered best fur friend Dakota.

Christopher was a proud hardworking bricklayer by trade. He was so full of love and pride for Turner’s accomplishments and shared work ethic.

He had a special passion for his Corvette, which he cared for meticulously and drove with unmistakable pride.

Social at heart, he loved being surrounded by people. His quick wit, easy laughter, and endless supply of jokes made him the centre of gatherings and the source of countless good memories. He had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, included, and appreciated.

Above all, he was loved deeply by everyone who knew him. His kindness, humour, and big-hearted spirit will be dearly missed but forever remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43 (471 Simcoe St. S., Oshawa) from 1 pm – 6 pm.
