On October 8, 2025, Russell G. Brown left us suddenly to travel on his last ride to Heaven at the age of 80. He will be forever loved by his wife Victoria and missed dearly by his sons Tim and Marty and his numerous grandchildren. Russ is the son of the late Orville and Eva Brown and a dear brother of Marlo (the late Carol) and the late Victoria, Glen, Gilbert, Roger, Sharron and Marie. He will be fondly remembered by Victoria’s children Angel, Tracy and the late Aaron as well as by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Russell loved to ride his Harley and was an honourary member of the HOGS motorcycle club for many years.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231) on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Following cremation Russell will be laid to rest during a private ceremony at Dresden Cemetery. If you wish to make a donation in his memory, please consider the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
