BROWNING, Elaine Browning

Peacefully passed away on February 3, 2026 at home, at the age of 84.

Beloved mother of Deb and James. Cherished grandmother of Shannon (Jolen), Brandon, and Scottie and great-grandmother of Lina, Ava, Lincoln, and Autumn. Dear sister of Ernest, Edith, Eric (Nancy), Edward, Evelyn (Clyde), and Yvonne.

Elaine will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and her many friends and loved ones.

Elaine was a devoted Toronto Blue Jays fan, though she lovingly referred to them as the “Blue Buffoons”, cheering just as loudly through the wins and losses.

She loved gathering around the table for a good card game or playing Mexican Train with friends. Whether playing volleyball or dancing the night away at the Legion, she embraced every moment with energy and joy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Armstrong Funeral Home.
