BULMER, Charles Tupper Bulmer

After a life well lived, Charles Tupper Bulmer passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital with the love of his life Shirlee holding his hand. Charlie was married to his beloved Shirlee Hisko for 61 years. Dear father of Allan (Corrie), Cindy Marki (Jeff Pye), Natalie (Jaimie Belanger) and Christopher (Mirriam). Proud and loving papa of 9 and great papa of 7.  Charlie was predeceased by his brothers Frank (late Irma) and Robert (late Doris) and his sister Mary Stokes (late Marvin). Charlie will be fondly remembered by the Hisko family.

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St., S, Renfrew on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at from 9:00 am until 10: 30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church Renfrew on March 31 at 11:00 am. Spring interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Donations in memory of Charlie,  in lieu of flowers  may be made to Hospice Renfrew.

He was a proud volunteer at the hospice, and was a member knights of Columbus, was a volunteer with meals on wheels, and a member of many euchre groups in town. While at Quail Creek you could see him enjoying music in the foyer, or playing horse races or LCR,  in his younger years you would see him in arenas coaching hockey. He has gone to play cards.
